Super clean and friendly staff. Decor is a little tired and rooms are not sound proofed - and hence my score deduction.

The hotel is conveniently located, but not in the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious, but many have carpeting, which may bother allergy sufferers. The staff, however, is super friendly, helpful, and ready to accommodate any needs. The breakfast is quite varied and good quality. The fitness room, although not overly large, has a good rack of dumbbells and a decent cable machine, as well as a treadmill.

This old building was formerly a Freemason girls' school. It's ideally located right on the bus route to the city center. It has a lovely breakfast room, and the breakfast itself was excellent in terms of both variety and quality. Items were constantly replenished and were always available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar in the basement is comfortable and features a piano. The rooms were clean but not ultra-modern. Good quality at a good price. All in all, highly recommended.

This hotel for me has one of the best locations in Dublin. As you enter youll see the Seal of Solomon over the main entrance. This symbol is deeply room rooted in the masoniic tradition. The building was completed in 1881 and was designed to house and educate the daughters of deceased or "indigent" Freemasons. At the time, providing a formal education to young girls—training them to be teachers or governesses—was considered quite a progressive social endeavor.
The hotel itself is really well laid out. The downstairs bar restaurant is so spacious and modern. There's a refuel spot down here also for cooled UV-treated water. The staff were lovely and welcoming. There's a nice blend of old and new in the hotel. Our room was basic enough, and there are undoubtedly "nicer" rooms in the hotel. We had a complimentary water and teas and coffees. The pillows were real "solid" and I liked that. The bed was super comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious and clean.
The best thing about this hotel is that it is in undoubtedly the most affluent area of Dublin. Sandymount strand is only a short walk away and it is a fabulous place to explore safely.
I'll definitely stay here again when in Dublin.
The exercise room needs a little improvement but I believe its a "work in progress".

Place needs an upgrade. No tech communication outlets in the rooms. Great location. Very expensive.
