Very central and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It's an excellent hotel with very good staff, they were very friendly and helpful, particularly the Spanish man in the restaurant and young woman on reception didn't get her name. The quality of the rooms and communal areas are the highlight. The breakfast was good I would say but nothing special could be better and the Guinness was the worst pint I've ever had in Dublin either not selling enough, or line cleaning or renovate the glasses. However the staff promised to address it and I'm sure they have. Overall a professional well run high standard hotel

Beautiful hotel with the Luas less than 100 metres away it becomes closer to the city just a short Luas ride away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to suit all tastes. The location is also ideal, with trams a short walk away it was easy to get around the city. Although we encountered a few initial challenges, the truly outstanding staff went above and beyond to make things right, and their effort really made our experience memorable. The only drawback was parking: if you need valet service, be sure to pre-book, as the alternative is street parking (free only on weekends) or a public lot about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. The service and comfort more than made up for the parking inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful team, especially Oliver and Pedro who took great care after a long day of travels. Location was perfect for a walk into the city center or enjoying the beauty of the nearby St. Stephen’s Green.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, with everything we needed. Lovely reception area. The main asset was the lovely lady who checked us in & put some birthday decorations up, that we supplied, & wrote a card out for her from the hotel, as a surprise for 1 of our groups 50th Birthday All staff were friendly & welcoming & a very relaxed hotel vibe. Great coffee and even better service! Ignacio, the barista, was super friendly and made one of the best flatwhites I’ve had. Really made my morning. Highly recommend stopping by!

Very elegant hotel just steps from the center. Very large room, excellent bed, I slept like at home. Perfectly clean, friendly staff. I will definitely return.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Great location. The food was good as well. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were very nice. The bar next door is great as well.
