Great value. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is phenomenal.

We booked the overnight girls away package which was amazing value . Hotel was centrally located - parking close by. Modern spotlessly clean hotel with super comfortable beds . Extensive menu , great food and cocktails . Staff were super friendly and attentive . Would definitely book again

We went for a small stay to Limerick and decided on staying in the Clayton we have a little boy who loves to swim, what made the whole experience was a guy called Shane in the club vitae reception whom greeted us with such a friendly smile, he went above and beyond to give my kid a spare hat and spare goggles, this made his day as his other hat was feeling a little uncomfortable at the time. Thank you Shane. We will be back!! 👍

I spent 24 nights there so I ate at the Grill Bar & Restaurant a few nights. Egle who served in the restaurant was exceptionally nice, always went above normal service once she recognize what I wanted. Eating alone is bad enough but she always made my dinning experience more pleasant.

Nice hotel and rooms. The pints are fierce expensive.

I was in the Clayton today just to have my usual coffee and may I say that anytime I go to the bar the staff have been anything but lovely. But today was on a whole other level. A man who had endured a lot of racism that day in Limerick City had become extremely upset and took refuge in the hotel. He lost his family in the country he had been forced to flee and couldn't get in contact with them. Or something to that extent. I'm not 100% on what happened he was too upset. The staff were so supportive, and caring it made me cry to see such kindness. Its so sad that there's so much racism across Ireland and the world right now. It breaks my heart to see the most vulnerable amd oppressed being treated with such a lack of empathy. But when you see loving people like the staff at the Clayton Hotel treat someone who has lost so much already. It lifts my heart and gives me hope that we can overcome the hatred seen across the world. May I also add that a beautiful person named Julie from receptiom upon seeing me crying came after me out the door and asked was I okay and went out of her way to get me a tissue. Absolutely beautiful people. Thank you ❤️💔

Had a lovely stay. Comfortable room and bed. Very enjoyable meal and lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location
