The buiding is stunning, the staff is very friendly and accomodating, which was the best point for me! the room was spacious. I was attending an event at the hotel but otherwise I might have prefered to be walking distance from the town.

Great hotel and staff, will defiantly be back. Nice size room that are very comfortable, they are a bit like getting a Ryanair flight out of Dublin. You have to walk for miles to get to it. Its a big Hotel.

Really nice hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There was no minifridge in the room. There was a vending machine on the hallway though. There were no toiletries in the bathroom except for soap and shampoo. It would be nice if they could add a minimum kit with qtips, body cream, shower cap. Do not recommend the breakfast - mediocre at best in my opinion. Lunch was good and they also have a late night pizza service.

Staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with choices to suit all tastes and requirements. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Our only dislikes were that we asked for a walk-in shower as my husband has difficulty getting in and out of a bath but the shower was in a bath. We also asked to be close to an outside space as we smoke and my husband has difficulty walking any distance - he had quite a long walk to the lift/ outside.

Was here for 3 nights for Music Teachers Conference. Conference facilities were brilliant - all located close to each other, and close to the main body of the hotel. The staff were so helpful, there were teenagers there on part time jobs I'd say and they showed great initiative, so well mannered and very helpful. The room was lovely.

Sligo Oyster Experience

17/08/2024: We did the Sligo Oyster Experience tour of the oyster farm with Ashley and it was a really cool and unique experience. They gave us the full history of the farm and walked us through the process for farming, harvesting, processing, and shipping oysters. We got a lesson on shucking and got to slurp down some fresh oysters at the end with a beautiful view. Would recommend!
16/07/2024: We had a weekend of planned activities in Sligo for our visitors from the four corners of the world. This Sligo Oyster Experience, was the highlight of the weekend. It was so well presented by Aisling. The knowledge and experience of oysters that Aisling has is the key to why this experience was so good for all of us. It is a wonderful thing to have something so good to bring our guests to in Sligo. The oysters were delicious and in particular the one with whiskey was exceptional to taste. So many different options. Thank you Aisling. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

20/07/2024: A quaint outdoor cafe just outside Sligo. Definitely worthy of a visit if you’re passing by.
