Great atmosphere. Could watch the match but not too loud for people who did not want to watch it

Fab Sunday lunch in The Coach House Pub in Ballinteer (5 min. drive from Dundrum shopping centre). They have a new menu with lots of gluten free options, including a carvery on a Sunday. No gluten free chips but the mash and roast potatoes were hot and delicious, as was the roast beef and veg. I had Eaton mess (meringue, cream, ice-cream and berries) for dessert. Very tasty. I wanted to give them a shout-out because it was such a positive experience. Everyone in my family was happy with their food as well. P.S. No photo because I ate it too quickly 😉

Family friendly location and delicious food. Great place to watch matches and Service is always friendly. The great selection of food and desserts.

We’ve been coming to our local pub for years now – my parents are in there every sunday without fail – and it’s honestly like a second home. Tonight we celebrated a special birthday for my parents there, and as always, they didn’t miss a beat. Mary sorted the table for us and coordinated everything perfectly a week in advance . The staff were amazing – friendly, on the ball, and even brought the cake out at just the right moment. Mick ensured the Drinks flowed smoothly, and thank you the the chefs the food was spot on, and the whole evening just felt easy and relaxed. It’s places like this that remind you what good hospitality really is. When the team know your name and go the extra mile without you even asking – it makes all the difference. Big thanks to everyone at the pub for always looking after us so well!

Grand pints, great service and lovely staff. Extra marks for secret beer garden. Lovely pub.
