I've passed through Trim quite literally hundreds of times and never knew of the existence of The Coffee Works. It was just a fiat white and a scone, but it was a good flat white and a good scone. I'll be back.

13/10/2025: We grabbed a late lunch at Sally Roger’s two weeks ago and my husband is still talking about the stew! And my soup and ham and cheese toastie was amazing! We had a great experience here. Came in for a late lunch. Found a table easily and drinks and food were quick. Even though the server apologized for the wait! The food was so good and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. AND they print fun sayings on our Guinness pints! HIGHLY recommend to anyone in Trim!
