The staff are SO friendly, literally everyone that works here is so friendly and absolutely makes my morning brighter when I stop by for my daily delicious strawberry matcha! Additionally they have a wide variety of yummy vegan options which is PERFECT for me! Me and my friend stop here everyday!!

12/07/2025: We had a lovely evening at Flambé, where Carolann’s team were so friendly and welcoming. We shared the Mussels starter and had Sea Bass and Goats Cheese Salad as mains. There was a new Rosé on the menu at a very reasonable price, a bottle of which perfectly suited the warm summer evening on the small patio overlooking the castle. Apple Crumble dessert rounded off the evening. It was our first visit to Trim and to Flambé and we were so lucky with our choice of dinner venue. Great music selection as well! I wish the whole team well for future success of the business.

12/08/2025: Great breakfast here, friendly local bar with music at night.
19/07/2025: Stopped here for breakfast with my mam today the food was fab. Everything was cooked perfectly, was hot and arrived quickly. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend and will be back
