We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Connemara Coast Hotel! We only stayed one night, but honestly, it was the nicest hotel we visited in all of Ireland, and we really wished we’d booked another night.
Our room had an amazing ocean view, and they even gave us a bathtub after we asked by email beforehand — such a lovely touch. Breakfast was huge and delicious, everything we tried was spot on.
There’s no lift, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs, but the staff immediately offered to help, which was really nice. Parking is super easy too, with lots of space to park without any stress.
All in all, a top-notch stay with great service. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again — and for longer next time!
Lighting in room was very low, but it was a clean, spacious and comfortable room overall. Beautiful coffee from the machine in the room. The body lotion was a lovely added touch.
A new outdoor hot tub was being installed but we were not told this at time of booking.

Two separate alarms went off at 2:45am, don’t know or care what it was related too. No complaints on any staff or the building but middle of the night false alarms are never okay. Ever.

Our room was very clean, and we had a comfortable, restful 2 night stay here. We didn’t have high expectations for hotel dinners, but our dinner dishes were so good. We ended up having dinner at the hotel both nights.

Plush, recently refurbished hotel in the heart of the Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking area). Great seaviews. Lovely bedrooms. Nice breakfast. Relaxing bar and fine dining restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated about 15kms to the west of Galway, along the Wild Atlantic Way, near the Ros a'Mhíl ferry to the Aran Islands. Good base from which to explore Galway and Conamara.

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent food, large rooms, nice staff. The only complaint would be the hotel bar, we couldn’t get a seat so just had to give up and drink in the lobby which is kinda annoying, probably just caught ye on a busy Saturday though to be fair.

Fabulous hotel. Ocean view. Food excellent, staff friendly. The rooms are very spacious, bed comfy, bathroom has shampoo and shower gel. Couldn't give the room 5 stars as there are no plugs beside the beds!! All plugs were on the far wall for tele and hairdryer. Informed reception staff.

The lady working at breakfast time, stopped for a chat, and made us feel very welcome.
