A very good hotel with a fully equipped leisure area for exercise, swimming, beautiful adult pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzis, outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room. Dinner was mediocre. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are quite good but shower and bathtub are very cramped. This is a sprawling hotel with lots of walking and stairs. Not wheel chair accessible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nora at the front desk.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful. The dining room staff were also pleasant, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The variety of food was great.

Arrived un announced looking to get a meal late on a Saturday evening and we were accommodated straight away by very pleasant and helpful staff and we enjoyed a beautiful meal and our guests were very impressed with the hotel on general.We will be back.
Lovely hotel all staff very helpful. Fantastic views of Galway Bay, beautiful food in the restaurant and bar. Ideally located just minutes from Salthill and Spidal. A nice walk from the hotel to Spidal 7 klm. A most enjoyable stay we had a great room with balcony and sea views
