Connemara Coast Hotel in Na forbacha

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff are very nice. We had an excellent receptionist when checking in and out. The bar staff are extremely friendly. professional and accommodating. The lady working at breakfast time, stopped for a chat, and made us feel very welcome. The room we had was very neat and clean. Nice walk in shower/wet room and fluffy towels. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is set in a great location with many beautiful natural locations on its doorstep. Can't wait to go back.

Just back from a family trip to the Connemara Coast Hotel for our Mums 70th birthday. Lara was our first point of contact when planning the group booking & she could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Our whole group was highly complimentary of the hotel for level of service, friendliness, top class food & everyone going above & beyond to make our Mums birthday weekend a very special celebration. I couldn't recommend the hotel enough for a tranquil break, or a group booking for a special celebration. Can't wait to come back!

Spent just one night in the Hotel, but it was just perfect from the start, lovely clean bright room, great service and a special mention for the service at breakfast, we had a great experience with Ronait, she was so nice and welcoming from the minute we arrived for breakfast.

We have come back time and time again to this gem of a hotel. Serenity descends the minute you enter the hotel. The views are stunning over Galway Bay. The hotel is cosy, welcoming and comfortable. The staff is genuinely lovely and accommodating and the food is delicious. Can't wait for the next visit. Already booked!

Connemara Coast Hotel always exceeds expectations! I have stayed on four occasions over the last few years. I recently enjoyed a night away with two close friends. We are all late thirties. The deal included breakfast and dinner and we all felt it was excellent value. We requested early check-in which was provided with ease. The staff are impeccable. As somebody who is fluent in the Irish language, the céad Míle fáilte among the personnel is something which distinguishes this hotel from the vast majority of hotels in Ireland. We all agreed that it felt like a home away from home. We met a fabulous lady named Nell who went above and beyond to welcome us. Ronait also remembered me from the last stay and is always so hospitable and welcoming. The barman was also very friendly and welcoming. I am not familiar with his name, unfortunately. He was working 24 Jan night. It is always a joy to hear the beautiful Irish dialect and to have the privilege to converse as Irish with native speakers in our beautiful native language. Connemara Coast Hotel, I am truly grateful for the remarkable welcome you extend to your guests and the exceptional service you provide us.

Great value for money, set overlooking Galway. Full breakfast buffet included and gym was well equipped with pool and sauna facilities. Shout out to Natalie from housekeeping for helping me with the buggy and doors on multiple occasions 🙌
