Coppers Music Venue in Portlaoise

24/07/2025: Went recently and I was delighted with the food. It was very quiet as it was a Monday evening and we were eating in the restaurant. Food came out quickly and hot, great portion sizes and it was all super tasty. The beef was soft and the chicken was delicious. The staff were all lovely and the cost was so reasonable. I'm from Dublin and wouldn't get a meal like that for 3 people for less then €100 and it was just under 80. People giving bad reviews of the delivery of 'spice bags' should sit in and have a proper meal. Will defo be back

04/06/2025: This restaurant opens late, 11pm. Staff were very friendly and service was very quick. Ordered the fillet beef black bean and the veg kung po with egg fried rice. Had the spring roll and won tons to start. Food very nice, good portion size. Would revisit. The only thing I wasn't keen on and see it more and more is main course doesn't include rice/noodles in price so it is a bit pricey then for a main course. Our total for 2 was about 65, included 2 starters, main course, glass of wine and 2*fizzy drinks.
