Old world bar full of character. Very genuine and friendly owner. Excellent pint of stout. Highly recommend this bar. Pool tables at the rear of pub if you fancy a game. Customers are very friendly as well. A genuine Cead Mille Failte.

Carlow's best kept secret. Great service and good beers on tap that you can't get in vast majority of places. Highly recommend!

Cafe 1

01/07/2026: Our favourite coffee shop, the staff are amazing, Giant and the staff always welcome us with a smile and a chat, we love popping for a quick takeaway coffee or a sit down with the family for a slow down snack. It's such a lovely atmosphere, love meeting the regulars and saying hello xx
22/06/2026: I love this coffee shop. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are always respectful, friendly, and professional. They pay attention to every detail. Thank you for the great service. In my opinion, this is the best coffee shop in the city!
