Bring your own pillows and tvs are cheap with only a few channels but location is great and breakfast is good although coffee wasn’t so good

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room has a strange smell, it was dusty and VERY warm. The AC hardly worked and the window barely let in enough fresh air. The gym was small and the equipment was very poor. Location is great though.

Great hotel. Quiet, safe and located close to everything you could need. It has AC which is nice but it does shut off in our experience, so the duvet was a bit hot. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

Every member of staff were professional, helpful and friendly... nothing was too much bother...A great team effort at this hotel made our stay a really enjoyable one... I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, value for money and frendlyness in an hotel in Cork City!

I loved this hotel and recommend it for a short or long stay in the beautiful city of Cork. It's very well located near the train station and the bus stop to the airport, and centrally located for places to visit, with practically everything within walking distance. As a hotel, it's a 4-star superior hotel with excellent service from the staff in several languages, a good bar for drinks, and a breakfast room. The quadruple room I had didn't have a refrigerator, but it was quite spacious and had a large shower and everything you needed. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the experience very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — they went out of their way to be helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

5 stars for the city center location... 4 stars for the cleaning... I found two cockroaches on my coat when I left.

Bebimos mucho café mientras estábamos en la ciudad y usamos esta cafetería para refrescarnos con una sentada y con un café. Todo salió bien, y luego pudimos continuar nuestra gira.

Good checkin process, room was nice and clean and exactly what we requested, brilliant shower, breakfast was excellent and had a very good selection, location is ideal also, couldn't fault a thing.

I have stayed here for 6 weeks for business and the service was amazing so I was very happy to hear that I would be visiting again on business for another 3 weeks service was great and I felt so comfortable breakfast was amazing all staff are so kind
