Room was spotless and staff very friendly. Breakfast really nice also. Can't beat the location, really close to restaurants, cafes, shopping etc

Great little modern hotel that is very walkable. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. You can get a full Irish breakfast and much much more. The staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet! Provided nice little amenities upon arrival such as bottled water and cookies!

The location was excellent. The lobby and nearby coffee shop were lovely, but the room was very cold, and when we asked for assistance, we were told it would be addressed, and it never was.

Great location and restaurant staff! Tea kettle, water bottles, and cookies in room. Full breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Shower water temperature is tepid, room thermostat locked at 23C max.

Stay here regularly. It’s within walking distance to all popular city spots. 20 min walk to Pairc Ui Chaoimh, Marquee,Musgrave Park and Turners Cross Stadiums if you’re in Cork for a Sporting event or Concert. Co Friendly staff. Spotless rooms. Stayed here again this week and I have ti add that the staff are a pleasure to deal with. There is a very negative review from 2 nights ago. If I can suggest do not bother reading it. This was obviously the “self entitled “ person that was kicking up the rumpus on the 8th floor. Leave a room in that condition and expect hotel staff to have it standing to attention when you came back!!!! And let the other residents hear your issue with your loud spoken voice, cop on. Or shall we mention the way you verbally abused the young female receptionist ( the little lady with the dark hair) The staff are there to do a job, not take insults from someone like you that can not pronounce her name because she is foreign. Manners are a requirement of daily life !!

Staff and service in maldron were absolutely brilliant. When visiting Cork again, I'll stay here and will recommend to others.
