Lovely rooms, clean quiet and comfy. Friendly staff. Price friendly parking near by. Great location. Beautiful hotel with eating facilities and bar at entrance

Location is great for a visit to Dublin especially if you are coming by bus. 5 minutes walk to Parnell place bus station and a few more minutes to where the Cork to Dublin Aircoach bus arrive and depart. Minutes away from the main pedestrian street. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable and modern. The pillows however, were quite solid and too high or bulky. Should have a softer feather like pillow that can be adjusted by the individual.

Found it odd that we could not adjust air conditioning temperature in our room. Plus air conditioning after a certain time at night shuts off. It would only stay on for an hour. Very uncomfortable 2 nights.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff are courteous. Convenient for merchants Quay and the bus station. Breakfast not worth it.

Good reception service, but there was a blood stain on the beed sheet in the single bed For people with, dust alergy or respiratory conditions, there is no rooms available without carpet. I was expecting more from such hight standard hotel.

Butlers Chocolate Café

01/11/2024: One of the many super chocolate shops of the Butlers company that are all over Dublin and not only there. I recommend visiting and tasting their chocolate, warm or in the form of pralines. As a prezet, you get a sweet spot for your purchase 😊
27/09/2024: Same traditions for the years to have a lovely coffee before the flight, but be aware if you are placing your order though kiosk, you not eligible for the free chocolate candy with your coffee

18/11/2024: Great place to stop for a bite to break the monotony of the M11. Excellent value for money too - two mains for €31 🤩 - good quality honest food!
27/10/2024: I think the staff may have been new tonight so I won't be harsh but it wasn't great now. Was given a buzzer and told the wait will be about 10 minutes, 30 minutes later I go in to check because it hadn't buzzed yet and it appears they just forgot us. Then there was no cutlery on the table and when we asked for it, we never got it, had to take it from another table ourselves. Didn't get the roll that comes with the soup. Handed us hot plates that the waitress couldn't handle without a cloth but we had to grab with bare hands. Food was really great like always but, good lord, can we train the staff a bit better please
