Very central to everything...the location is truly supreme! Zero service for a 4 star... everything left to chance. No luggage service.. so we brought 6 suitcases to our room from outside the hotel upon arrival by taxi to our room. Really????? If it had only been one suitcase I would have worried about doing it myself but 6 suitcases in total I think they should review this service. Excellent service from the restaurant supervisor at breakfast time (Portuguese guy), who made us feel at home, his concern for everyone was excellent, to be honest... and his professionalism!!!! At the lobby bar (NO WAY), dirty uniform then after dinner and abrupt and surly service! It's a shame that with 52 hotels in the chain you don't talk about training staff with passion for the guest..

As a group of four on a two day city break we were extremely happy with our stay at the Maldron. Rooms were of a high standard and kept very clean. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception, bar and at breakfast each morning. The location is great for exploring the city

Had a nice stay at this hotel and the service was up to its 4 star standard - good breakfast, clean hotel and nice bar. Loved the receptionist who checked us in - so friendly and personable! Actually had a few good laughs with her. Thank you for our stay.

Lovely rooms, clean quiet and comfy. Friendly staff. Price friendly parking near by. Great location. Beautiful hotel with eating facilities and bar at entrance

Location is great for a visit to Dublin especially if you are coming by bus. 5 minutes walk to Parnell place bus station and a few more minutes to where the Cork to Dublin Aircoach bus arrive and depart. Minutes away from the main pedestrian street. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable and modern. The pillows however, were quite solid and too high or bulky. Should have a softer feather like pillow that can be adjusted by the individual.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Found it odd that we could not adjust air conditioning temperature in our room. Plus air conditioning after a certain time at night shuts off. It would only stay on for an hour. Very uncomfortable 2 nights.

I've stayed at the hotel many times and it is always spotless and staff are excellent

I could only praise the hotel for the staff they were second to none especially the night porter what a guy.
