Costa Coffee in Balbriggan

I went for coffee with my partner my friend and her mam today (24th October 2025) me and my friends mam went up to order our drinks and we were left waiting over 10 minutes to be served even though their was more then 2 people there to serve people when we eventually got served my friends mam told the girl at the till what we wanted and what way we wanted them she got such a horrible look from that girl I went back to our table because I'm in a wheelchair she was still in there 10 minutes later waiting on our drinks by this stage she had hers but waited for the rest so by the time she got to the table her drink went cold which is ridiculous I don't recommend this shop

Lovely lovely staff however the new matcha on the menu is like milk, zero matcha taste off it, but otherwise very nice☺️

I really enjoy this place. The coffee is excellent. The view is also fantastic. And staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The only downside is the cleanliness. The floors, tables, and chairs are always dirty, which take away the pleasant atmosphere.
