Costa Coffee in Balbriggan

Nice place,good coffee,good spot for quick snack.Will recommend to all!!!

Disappointing experience last time out, mug was not clean. Coffee was nice but still...

I have updated from 1 star 🌟 to 4; I have been visiting lately and they seem to have taken my advice. The coffee blend is more intense and tastes more balanced then the boiled water with a hint of coffee they had before. Great job on the food selection too. I also appreciate the staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would appreciate if they remained friendly throughout this process of Costa’s business. The atmosphere seems to be better also fairly well maintained. I would recommend the tables be cleaned more frequently as there are always dirty tables present. Also recommend lowering the price of certain items as they are overpriced severely. Rest I recommend highly.

Nice to get familiar blend but service was slow, till attendant left exited cafe without explanation returning 3 mins later with lids (could have clarified b4 leaving or apologised after to next customers waiting). A man in front complained to male on coffee machines "you're very slow making those" probably not helping even if true. Appeared to be both students/young workers and probably lacking bit of customer service training.
