well worth the visit, always well stocked. spacious with loads of seating and a great outdoor spot for those summer mornings. nicely located within wicklow town. special mention on staff, Niki is always a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, always smiling and pleasant and makes a good coffee too.

Sparrows Nest Restaurant

19/10/2025: We are new Wicklow residents, this was our first time at Sparrows Nest and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, including Lamb Shank, which was tender and delicious and light and tasty tempura fish accompanied by a lovely French Rose. Our waitress, Alex, was extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy, the atmosphere was warm and pleasant with a great buzz, but the front of house and kitchen staff were on the ball. We will definitely be back!
