Their Mini, All-Day, Breakfast, is, Incredible, Value at 12 euro, for egg, sausage, bacon, beans, two slices of toast, and a fabulous cappuccino. Delightful, perfect, welcoming, attention and service, from The Family, who run Sisi. Sisi's position in Blackrock, is Brilliant, for "People-Watching", from, either, inside or at it's, pavement table. If, sitting, inside, there is, also, beautiful, background, music to enjoy, as you, dine. I, Would, Very, Much, WISH, to, ADD, to, My, Previous, All-STAR, THANKS, to, Sisi, Central Cafe, Blackrock...
