Costa Coffee in Clonmel

Went in with my partner at 5:50 on 9th August and ordered an oat iced velvetino and a hazelnut frappe with coffee. Iced oat velvetino was served perfectly but the hazelnut frappe was served without coffee. when I asked Katie behind the till she advised it had coffee in it yet the drink was pure white and only tasted of the hazelnut syrup. My partner then returned to the store and asked for the coffee to be added in which she was told to pay 75c for the coffee which we had asked for in the first place and was advised was in the drink. Very unhappy with the service provided and the attitude of the staff when questioned on this.
