I can't rate the food because you can't eat at this beautiful and quaint pub in Galway. Perhaps one of the most authentic, with amazing traditional music sessions upstairs every evening! A truly quaint atmosphere, highly recommended for a pleasant evening with live music and excellent beer!

18/09/2026: Wonderful moody interior with great seaside details. Every dish was thoughtful and creative. Would recommended the local Irish drink pairings. The service was absolutely stunning, including a visit with the chef, which I felt like was a special touch. They definitely deserve their Michelin star.
27/08/2026: The food was some of the most creative and incredible food ever. Dishes were floating on clouds or lathered in creative sauces. They even candied a pinecone! They are incredibly allergy friendly and the service is excellent. Staff is incredibly enthusiastic and willing to help. They voluntarily walked us through all the dishes, sourcing, and history. All 24 courses were unique, imaginative, and worth every bite. Also trust me I'm a human not AI
