We had our sons communion in the crookstown inn. I have to say it was top class from all the staff . The food was to die for , the service was imbecile, we were waited on hand and foot from the moment we arrived. The cost was very reasonable would highly recommend the crookstown in for any occasion 😀

Crookstown Inn — Where the Road Slows and the Welcome Warms
Out along the old N9, where the world feels a little less rushed and a bit more real, you’ll find the Crookstown Inn — a place where good food and a great welcome still mean something.
It’s the kind of spot you hear about from someone who knows the road well: "Pull in there, you won’t regret it." And they’d be right.
The plates come out full and honest, no fancy fuss — just proper cooking, the kind that fills the belly and lifts the heart. The service? The sort that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time stepping through the door.
Sure, you might have to go a mile or two out of your way — but isn't that where all the best places are?
The Crookstown Inn is a reminder that the real treasures aren’t always on the main road — and it’s a feed worth travelling for.
I got a chicken fillet burger out of here and it was really nice. The chips are good here too, I highly recommend the curry sauce for €1.50 it’s really nice
We had a party for 50 people for my father's 80th birthday. Really lovely room with friendly staff and good service. We were made welcome and had a lovely night
Was at Motorbike Rally breakfast run with over 50 riders. Excellent facilities, great service with friendly staff, and fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend and well worth a visit. Well done to all the staff there 👍
Lovely place with a lovely and welcoming staff. We had breakfast with the kids and it was fabulous and very generous. We will come back when we visit our friends in Grangecon.
