After a pretty grueling flight from the USA via London, we arrived in Dublin very tired, but hungry. We spotted Crowes across the street from our hotel and gave it a try. It was very laid back when we were there, but I understand it can become quite boisterous during sporting events. We had our first Irish Fish &. Chips with a couple of pints and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The lovely proprietor “Jer” made up us feel very welcome. We came back the next morning for the full Irish breakfast. Again, very good!

Lovely pub. The food is okay, nothing to shout out about and expensive. What shocked me was paying €4.10 for a small bottle of water. They don't seem to do tap water service. Lovely friendly staff.

Located along the strip of pubs in Ballsbridge it's a great pub for sports and pints before a game at the RDS. Grab an outdoor chair and a pint and people watch

Visited before the Leinster v Edinburgh match. Great pint of Guinness and food was tasty but shocked at some of the prices (not used to Dublin prices obviously). If you are looking for a good rugby pub before the game then this should be your choice.

Gerard's Deli

25/01/2024: Great coffee and the sausage rolls are A1, but it’s the staff that make this place. Boundless energy and enthusiasm to help brighten up any morning.
16/01/2024: Gerards is unquestionably a standout among the city's cafes. The coffee quality is genuinely authentic and artisanal, offering a unique and superior experience. Each cup reflects the expertise of the staff, who are not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally friendly. Beyond the exceptional coffee, Gerards offers delectable pastries at fair prices, making it a complete and delightful destination for coffee enthusiasts in Dublin.
