01/11/2025: From the start to the end it was an experience. A safari of dishes mafe with a chef with a salient eye for detail. The orient express carriage takes you away, enabling a step out of reality and providing the escapism we often all so crave. Led by Ian, the restaurant manager, he is endowed with his exceptional front of house team. Sophie was excellent also. She could really put a spin on the explanations and the staff seemed so engaged. The team are so well drilled and they know their product inside out. As regards the food offering, we thought this was exceptional. Service was razor sharp.
