Could not fault the lovely staff or the delicious food. The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the mix of live music coming from the other room, and the music playing in the dining area.
Had a fantastic Sunday lunch. Food was well prepared and very tasty. Staff were very professional and very friendly.
One of the nicest Sunday dinners that I’ve had in a long time and would definitely be returning along with friends and family alike.
What a true traditional Pub & Restaurant should be!
Haddock Fish & Chips - fresh, flaky, cooked to perfection and came with a side salad.
Fire inset took chill out of the air & stained glass windows - great atmosphere.
Music starts in May - was there in April.
Only improvement I would make - have a couple locally brewed beers on tap. Only had "standards" - Guinness, Coors, and the other tired standards
Very authentic place. When we were there, with live traditional Irish music. Perfect for waiting and having a pint until you catch the ferry. We didn't try the food, but it looked very good.
On the way to catch the ferry to Spain. Cushen's is a cosy stop for a drink and something to eat before joining the queue at Rosslare Port.
Good food, nice bar, lovely staff. Just the job after a long drive down
Had food on mother day without reservation, very busy .The food was amazing, both of us had fish .perfect.service was fast and efficient.Definitely recommend and will revisit
