Da Mimmo in Dublin

Our favorite Italian in Dublin. Highly recommend! They have the best lasagna and pizzas (and pasta, and desserts). Weekly special dishes. Attentive service. Make sure you book as the place is small and quite popular.

Food here always slaps and portion sizes are massive. Had a gorgeous seafood pasta, and my bf had a Ragu pasta, there was so much sea food and ragu in both - really good value. The mushroom pizza is so good too - I’m always craving it. Love having this little neighbourhood gem

The service is fast and the dishes are hearty and tasty (calzone, ravioli, gnocchi, spaghetti, etc.)

Reasonably priced tasty Italian cuisine. This was our second visit. The woodfired pizzas are delicious with generous fresh toppings. The seafood spaghetti was excellent, with langoustine, king prawns, clams, mussels & calamari in a delicious tomato based sauce. The Insalata capresse was very good with a lovely fresh pine nut & basil pesto. This is probably my favourite Italian place in Dublin if not Ireland. Service was good and staff friendly. This is a compact & cosy restaurant which seats 36 persons, tables and seating are quite close, which might not suit some, but the quality of the food more than compensates. Can't wait to go again.

Nice little Italian restaurant with great food and good, friendly service.

I was at Da Mimmo a few days ago and I loved it. The pasta is excellent, the wines are great, and the service is fantastic. I was especially pleased with Piero’s attention. He was very attentive the whole time and made excellent recommendations, both for the food and the wine. I will definitely be back!

I know it may sound like a cliché, but to me it’s simply the truth: Mimmo’s is truly a little corner of Italy in Dublin. Its flavors and aromas instantly take you back to our beautiful country, and when you’re guided by waiters of Piero’s caliber, it’s impossible not to come back.

Decided to try this place after many well known restaurants in Dublin affirm they have the best pizza.. well; this place really has it. Couldn't believe it after the first bite, everything so fresh and tasty, seems lile they put love in what they do. Staff is nice, gentle, place is clean, def coming back!! Also tasted some calamari and they were perfect. Can't wait to try more of their menu.

Definitely the best Italian restaurant in town! The portions are great and the flavor is incomparable… I highly recommend the pastas and starters with seafood… great service as well.

I ran next door to grab a pie and tiramisu (stopped at Cusack's for a pint). The service was great! The pizza was a bit under cooked for my liking, but still delicious! The tiramisu was incredible!!! I'd stop back for dinner for sure, even in Ireland....for some Italian!
