Daata in Bray

My favourite restaurant in Bray! Absolutely delicious food. The service is excellent and the atmosphere and decor are fab. Am never disappointed!

It’s a gem hidden in bray. I was so impressed by the interiors and their choice of cutlery. One of the man from their staff who had long hair was very kind and sweet. Their mango lassi was to die for. Probably in my top 3. Although I did not enjoy the lamb biryani. It lacked flavours felt like I was eating pilau rice. Everything else was fantastic.

I went for dinner last Saturday. I had booked a table for two online, but when I arrived they told me that I hadn’t actually booked a table and that we’d have to eat at the bar. Honestly, that wasn’t what I was expecting. I checked my reservation and it clearly said table for two, even in the notes, so the evening didn’t start off very well. The restaurant itself is nice, but the dishes didn’t really impress me. I also don’t quite see the logic behind the final bill compared to the quality, the cost of the ingredients, and the portion sizes. Would I go back? Probably not.

We were there yesterday for my husband’s birthday. When I phoned them a week ago to book a table, I mentioned it will be my husband’s birthday and yesterday the staff sang happy birthday to him and brought ice cream after our meal. The service was excellent, great atmosphere and amazing food. They were very quick and efficient. The food and drinks were served quickly. We will definitely be back.

Just ate from the place and everything was absolutely phenomenal! I ordered the garlic chilli chicken and the tikka starter and it was just mind blowing. Alongside the delicious food, I was met with warm hospitality and a buzzing atmosphere. This was an expletive I will never forget and I will be back!

The food was delicious, and the staff were especially wonderful, with #Kalim and #Alfred shining brightly as the stars of this restaurant!

The restaurant is very beautiful and welcoming. The service was excellent, as was the food. Congratulations to the whole team, great job! I'm so glad I chose to have dinner at this restaurant during my visit to Bray.

Pistachio Milkcake is my favourite dessert! Must try!!!

Visited Daata's new location (formerly Box Burger). Wow what a new layout and atmosphere! Unfortunately our table wasn't ready so we did have to wait 15-20 mins, however the staff were always communicating and keeping us updated. The atmosphere, music and decor was very inviting. We shared 3 starters between 6 of us, 6 mains, 4 rice and 4 naans. The onion bhajis were deliciously crispy. The Tikka Masala and Prawn Coconut Curry were the standout dishes. All washed down with Rosé and Red wine. We will be back to explore more of the menu.

Great vibe, superb food, and top class service. A little expensive, but generous portions and excellent quality.
