Dawn to Dusk in Waterford

30/08/2025: Food is amazing have tryed nearly everything always here with the kids and husband.. Staff are so nice and friendly.

20/07/2025: I went to Brooklyn last night with my mam and sister. We didn’t have a booking, and it was clearly busy. The gentleman at the check-in station was so friendly and really tried his best to seat us inside. Unfortunately, there was no space, so we sat outside. My sister had just been in the hospital, so we explained that we’d only be staying for a quick main course. The gentleman was incredibly kind and welcoming—we all commented on it afterwards. I ordered the gluten-free fish and chips. Our server, who mentioned it was only his second day, wasn’t sure which meal was gluten-free, but he was very polite and immediately said he would double-check. He was lovely to deal with. Overall, the service was excellent and we had a great experience. The first gentleman—who we guessed might be a manager—even asked if we’d like our food quickly, which we really appreciated given my sister’s situation. The food was a 10/10, and the gluten-free options were fantastic. We’d really like to commend the gentleman who originally helped seat us—he made a big difference to our night.
