A hidden gem. The best coffee in Thurles and a lot of other places both here and abroad. Their Tipperary roasted coffee has great complexity - caramel tones with a light smooth bitterness, a touch of smoke and great length on the palette. Try a flat white with a double ristretto, You can tell these are poured with skill. (Dedicated Coffee snob)
