Food is always absolutely beautiful, and the staff are always great, really friendly and helpful. I wouldnt pass this place, never have any complaints coming here!

Very fine and cozy place to sit and enjoy your drink. Nice food is available. Very friendly and helping staff who keeps the place as it seems. Very nice ambience to sit and relax your evenings....

I love this Pub, therefore every time I am vising friends in Finglas we come here. Last and most recent visit was on Sunday when we enjoyed a really tasty and generous (portion wise), Sunday Dinner. Service is professional and friendly, and the pub so spacious that you do not even have to book in advance.

The Deputy Mayor is a lovely unassuming pub. The decor was bright and airy. I went on Sunday and it was a cavery lunch. The selection of food was very good and the food was very tasty. The portions were quite generous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit quiet when I went in as it was early. There were many tables reserved for later on in the day, so I would think that it's very popular.

Great food, nice staff always helpful. Carvery dinners are brilliant. Bus stop near by. Only minus is the menu cards could do with a good wipe

28/04/2025: Very average Chinese takeaway — not bad, but definitely nothing exciting. Order: Chicken chop suey, fried noodles, no celery, no hot spices. Order accuracy: Perfect. Portion size: 6/10. Taste: 5/10 — very flat in flavor, both the chop suey and noodles. Composition: 6/10 — too many mushrooms, the carrot was almost raw, but fortunately not too much onion and a good amount of chicken. Packaging/Serving: 7/10 — strong paper bag, but no napkins or chopsticks provided. Overall: 6/10. For €13.50, I've had much better dishes — but also much worse. It fills you up, but doesn't leave you particularly happy.
