16/05/2025: Absolutely blown away by our visit to The Bar & Restaurant at NYX Christchurch! The Peruvian & Japanese fusion concept is something truly special — a bold and delicious pairing that works brilliantly. We only tried the starters this time, but wow — each dish was a burst of colour and flavour. The seabass ceviche was top of the top — fresh, zesty, and beautifully balanced. And believe it or not, they serve the best Caesar salad in Dublin — crisp, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The interiors mirror the plates: bold, playful, and full of character. It’s an experience for both the eyes and the palate. Bonus: cocktails were on promo for just €10 — and they were perfectly made. Think smooth, balanced, and stylishly served. We’ll definitely be back soon to dive into the mains. If the starters were this good, we can’t wait to see what’s next!
