Really nice brunch here, food came quickly and was super filling. I was surprised that they only had filter coffee but it was also quite tasty so no issues. Prices do let them down as I was really shocked to be charged €4 for each small cup of black coffee, that is more than you would pay for a cappuccino or latte in some places. I would still come back to try something else as the food was really good! But the price of the coffee left a sour taste in my mouth, €4 for a tiny cup of black coffee was a surprise and not nice to feel you have been ripped off.
A lovely spot for brunch with delicious food and friendly staff. However, we specifically chose this place for the cocktails and were a bit disappointed. We had understood that the 2-for-1 cocktail offer was available on Sundays, but it turns out it only applies if you’re seated at the counter. Since we were at a table to enjoy a meal, we couldn’t take advantage of the promotion, which was a bit frustrating.
Anyway, if you are not going for the cocktails, the food was nice.
The food was delicious and friendly staff. The service was excellent. I highly recommend the place and will be back! Oysters fab! A few more choices would be nice for mains and dessert.
Astounded to find out a very small and very average cappuccino is €5 here now - the most expensive I have seen in Dublin - pretty ridiculous!! Average food and burned on the hand by a roasting serving plate. Overall very average experience.
