Dock84 in Sligo

Best day only restaurant in Sligo.

The food was OK, perhaps a little over priced for what it was. The main grip with the place was having to scan a QR code to order via our phone. We were not told this by anyone, we just had to work it out for ourselves. Maybe you can order in person but we were not given any menus or told that was an option. The place was very busy, so clearly people do not mind having their phone out while eating or going somewhere to spent time with others.

My full Irish breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly but I dislike the impersonal order-by-app system. One person at my table had his main item forgotten and it took him a lot of time to get the attention of the waiter who was too busy running orders to every table on an understaffed floor.

The food was nice and the atmosphere for breakfast was great, but the system of ordering through a website (and paying for your food before you receive anything) would put me off coming back, unfortunately. This came across as very impersonal - like eating in an airport food court.

The Irish breakfast is delicious and beyond counting I tried the hamburger and it was average, the quesadillas have nothing to do with Mexican food and not to mention the hamburgers on the children's menu, which only had 3 ingredients: fries, bread and meat when I expected at least ketchup, mayonnaise vvbbbbbvddd ro cheese even if it was a little more expensive I have eaten better and at a slightly less expensive price in other places in Ireland

Great brunch, the breakfast bap was fantastic!

Very good cafe with amazing food and coffee. They take orders through an online service, ours didn’t work, but the waitress helped with that. Highly recommend for breakfast or brunch. Free parking near Lidl outside.
