Friendly staff, great coffee, amazing food, and the place itself looks really cool

Went here for some lunch and I have got to say, it was one weird lunch. As you enter you are greeted with a sign saying wait to be seated. Don't! You will be left waiting. We went in and ordered, just a sandwich, pancakes and a crepe. We were waiting so long for the food I had forgotten what I had ordered. Then when the food did arrive the server knocked over a drink on top of my daughter soaking her cloths. We spoke to others who were waiting for food and all felt like they were forgotten. At one point I got up from my seat and told some patrons to disregard the wait sign and enter as they were waiting so long. The food was nice just nice. Big question, would I go back. Easy answer NO!

Delicious food, friendly service, affordable prices. Unfortunately there were no places available inside so we had to sit in the closed terrace but it was bit cold despite the numerous heaters. Would definitely come back !

Had brunch here on Sunday. It was very good and the service was great even though they were very busy. Would recommend eating here. The food came quickly and was very tasty.

Ok place where you don't have to interact with the staff. Food is ordered and paid for via the QR code that takes you to their website. Staff only bring it out and keep the talking to an absolute minimum. Food is ok, nothing special.

The food was OK, perhaps a little over priced for what it was. The main grip with the place was having to scan a QR code to order via our phone. We were not told this by anyone, we just had to work it out for ourselves. Maybe you can order in person but we were not given any menus or told that was an option. The place was very busy, so clearly people do not mind having their phone out while eating or going somewhere to spent time with others.

My full Irish breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly but I dislike the impersonal order-by-app system. One person at my table had his main item forgotten and it took him a lot of time to get the attention of the waiter who was too busy running orders to every table on an understaffed floor.

The food was nice and the atmosphere for breakfast was great, but the system of ordering through a website (and paying for your food before you receive anything) would put me off coming back, unfortunately. This came across as very impersonal - like eating in an airport food court.
