This is a must visit for any foodie in or near Dublin. Jimi has done an amazing job assembling a fantastic and knowledgeable team. Every bite is a symphony.

Open kitchen. Good service. Music is quiet if you prefer more upbeat. Conversations can be a little audible with table next to you at chefs counter of private conversations are needed request a table.
Food is fantastic. Eaten at 20 one stars and it’s up there with the better end. Great flavour pairings. Very strong few dishes. Favorite foie gras dish I’ve had. Intensity came more at the beginning of the 13 courses which perhaps made delicate mains harder to taste. Perhaps the Palette cleanser would have worked better before the mains.
Texturally very interesting. Food is more on the delicate but complex side. One or two moments of intensity more wouldn’t go a miss but some very strong and original food.
Been in Dublin two months and best restaurant I’ve eaten at yet.
Wines are good and paired well but only had two glasses as went for the non alcoholic pairing.
Non alcoholic pairing best I’ve had and I’ve eaten at a few top 50 and 2 stars.
Service smart and clean. Chefs serve you at the chefs table. Comfortable seating.
Will return and recommended. Meal starts 20:15 and lasted 2.5 hours which I’m happy with. I like long evenings in good company and very good hands.
Reservation made on the day on a Thursday but restaurant was full when arrived.

Absolutely excellent experience! The food was truly incredible, we enjoyed every bite thoroughly! The wine pairing was delicious and complimented each course very well. My wife enjoyed the n/a cocktail pairing that was creative and tasty as well. We especially enjoyed sitting at the chefs bar, other patrons were a true joy to chat with and learn about while we all enjoyed amazing food and drink. Next time we are back in Dublin we will most certainly return!

Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had!
The best meal I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, ever. This was our second time to go back to D’Olier St, we were there a week before they got the Michelin star and it was every bit as good. We sat at the chefs table and watching the team prepare the food is like entertainment. The staff are excellent and it’s the best food I’ve ever eaten, every course is like a taste explosion. Such a beautiful setting anf perfect for a special occasion!

Fantastic experience. I looked ahead at the menu and requested one of the courses be changed and they honored the request easily, switching one course for the vegetarian course offering.
We got the mocktail pairing, which I HIGHLY recommend. You can get a wine pairing anywhere, but the mocktails were the most inventive, well crafted mocktails I've ever had.
The entire staff, James and Jane, were professional and informative. This was our first time at a Michelin starred restaurant, so I don't have other restaurants of this caliber to compare to, but the food was divine. We loved every course.

We did the 13 course Chef’s table experience. Every course was so creative and delicious. We really enjoyed the wine pairing too! The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Excellent tasting menu with very elegantly and cleanly conceptualised dishes, prepared to perfection. Particular praise goes out for the vegetarian menu for which the kitchen succeeded very well to match the flavours and spirit of the regular menu. The wine accompaniment is very well selected with some interesting surprises (such as a very nice Croatian Malvasia). Points deducted for the rather hasty proceedings without breaks in between courses.

An unparalleled experience and a worthwhile Michelin star experience in the heart of Dublin. The tasting menu shows such versatility in flavour and the staff explain each dish with such precision. The atmosphere is wonderful and refined, without being stuffy like Guilbard or Pearl. The staff team are incredibly attentive and do their very best to accommodate any and all requests. My glass of water was refilled virtually every time I drank it! I will absolutely come back to try their tasting menu again, as it is seasonal.

An amazing food experience that will have you coming back - it all starts with the wonderful staff that welcomes you in a heartwarming way by making you feel comfortable. They take the time to carefully explain every single course (13 courses) + the suggested wines (make sure to try the wine flight). All courses were an absolute pleasure to enjoy - highlight was the fois gras with pineapple and the Halibut. One thing where the restaurant in
my opinion could improve is around the sound level - have some table cloths and more fabric to ensure there is no echo sound. Other than that - check this spot out - highly recommend
