D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin

What a delightful experience. It is hard to come by such a wonderful blend of tastefulness, authenticity and creation. The building itself catches your eye from across the street. Is a gorgeous historical building that stands out at the busy intersection. The staff was kind, catered to an allergy that I had pre mentioned and they made us feel catered to without an ounce of ostentation. They were attentive and personable. The food was an experience in every bite. Don’t be fooled by the small plates and come hungry. Our first Michelin experience, so we didn’t know we’d actually get full. The food itself was unlike anything I’d experienced. It evoked layers, bursts and pops of flavors that delighted us. (I brought my parents for their anniversary in May) Some plates were a light hearted whimsical journey and others, heartier crafted morsels. Everything was divine. As a conservationist, small farmer and someone who almost never eats out I was so pleased to experience this mix of art, flavor, and homage to local and sustainable food sources.

Got taken here for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Every course was delicious and the food was beautifully presented. I love how the chefs took the time to explain each dish as well.

My first Michelin star restaurant and it did not disappoint. I ordered the 13 course menu with the wine pairing. The food from start to finish was incredible. The blend of flavours with all different consistencies, crunchy to soft. The wines were masterfully picked. I was on the fence of going alone but was convinced by some friends. I am truly happy I got to experience this restaurant and if I could go back in time I would book again. Recommend the chefs table to see how they are delicately preparing the food. Definitely bit by the fine-dining bug. Wish the staff and restaurant all the best in the future.

Fantastic! An incredible experience combining local produce and international recipes. The smoked fish is of incredible quality. The flavors blend delicately and energetically. All accompanied by professional yet relaxed service, with a smile and excellent advice. Bravo and thank you to the chef, the cooks, and the entire team for this magical moment.

We were here for dinner today. I had the vegetarian menu with the non-alcoholic cocktail pairing. The dishes were all very well thought out and delicious. The individual components complemented each other wonderfully; I didn't feel like anything was missing. I'm also pregnant, so I asked the staff for some ingredients, such as blue cheese, and they substituted them accordingly. The cocktails had some very surprising ingredients, but they rounded off the menu wonderfully and went perfectly with every meal. My husband had the "regular" menu with wine pairing and was also completely satisfied. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and can answer any questions. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the restaurant!

Wonderful culinary experience. The food was rich, colorful, and well-balanced. An explosion of flavors, served at a high-paced rhythm. Truly enjoyable service, attentive and caring. Come on an empty stomach!

Honestly the best restaurant in Ireland!! Great food, they change the menu regularly and the food is just amazing! The people are very friendly and nice, they even recognize us from last year! And the overall atmosphere is just grand! We will definitely come back for our birthday celebrations every year haha!

The good here is everything you would expect in terms of quality of ingredients and processes. I think there's clear highs and lows in terms of the dishes themselves. We sat at the Chef Counter and it was a little noisy which is only really an issue because it was often hard to hear the folks serving us describe the dishes and wines. We had an issue where the waiter messed up the still and sparkling water in some of our glasses and we raised it and they didn't immediately replace them which was surprising.

Excellent restaurant with a fun menu. They were accommodating to allergies and last minute "I forgot to mention..." can't eat items. The food was all displayed beautifully and was very delicious. We enjoyed sitting at the chefs table and watching the staff assemble the dishes. The wine pairing was spot on for each course and very well explained. There's no question that they've extended their Michelin status.
