D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin

Had a great experience sampling the fantastic tasting menu. Service was impeccable and food was a gastronomic delight.

Wow, what an experience! The food was exceptional, with some of the best flavour combinations I have ever tasted - our particular favourite was the tuna with sesame, ginger and bonito which was a such a big hit of umami flavours. The service was flawless, with every little detail taken care of. As a keen home cook it was also great to be able to see how the kitchen worked, especially how much the chefs are in harmony. All in all an amazing night that made our trip to Dublin that extra bit special!

The 13-course taster menu was a culinary journey, served by a rotating cast of servers, explaining each dish beforehand and coming across as united in both their passion for their craft and their genuine desire to make the customer's visit a memorable one. All of this in a beautifully refurbished, high-ceilinged, relaxed, light-filled modern space. Thank you, team D'Olier Street, for adding your amazing place to the fabric of Dublin city centre.

Delicious food and definitely the best gluten free dining experience I’ve ever had! I went here with a friend (not GF) and every course on the tasting menu even looked identical to mine - D’Olier Street’s attention to detail for all diners is impeccable!!

This was easily one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The tasting menu was a deal for the amount and quality of food. Every course was mind-blowingly delicious, and the wine pairings were perfect. I have never before simply sat and closed my eyes while enjoying all of the flavors and textures I was experiencing with each bite of food. The chef and staff were all friendly, and were genuinely excited to tell you about each course and wine. I honestly don't know that I could name a favorite course, as so many were simply THAT good. Great job! I will be back again when I am in Dublin next time. Thank you!

This restaurant was a great surprise. The food is super creative, the ingredients are excellent, and the flavor combination is unique. We did the chef’s table experience, and it was great seeing artists create art.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. Fully deserving of their Michelin star (and then some). The staff was perfect, every single person worked in tandem. The food was all incredible. Normally at Michelin starred locations there at least one course that is a swing and a miss, but not here. Each course was so well done and we were excited to see what came next. Do not skip the mocktails, the two we had were possibly the best two we've had in our lives.

This review should actually be 4.5 / 5 really. Overall we thought the food was incredible and well worth it. However, our only slight complaint was the desserts, whereas a couple of them were lovely, we both agreed that a few others were overly sweet to the point that even though they were small one of them actually almost made me feel a bit sick due to the sweetness of it. But this is only a slight negative to an otherwise brilliant evening. Great staff, lovely restaurant, great wine. Would still go back for sure.
