D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin

I was gifted a voucher for this restaurant for my birthday recently. I booked early dinner with two of my friends on a Friday evening a couple of weeks ago. I do have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We loved the intense flavours of each course. We drank a delicious champagne with our meal. Service was friendly and informative. The atmosphere is relaxed and there was plenty of space around each table. I would highly recommend a visit.

We took our son and his partner here for a major birthday. The food was great, the service was very professional and it was a great evening. It was a busy night and the place was full, it was very well managed and they kept all the plates spinning incredibly well.

Ate here at the end of 2024 and had a fabulous meal. Of all the dishes on the tasting menu I can honestly say there was not a single missed note. Ordinarily with tasting menus there might be one or two dishes that aren't up to the standard of the others, bit I can honestly say each dish was excellent. In particular the monkfish with. BBQ hollandaise was fantastic, one of the best dishes I have tasted in a long time, with complex layers of flavor at every mouth full. Very friendly staff and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend and will definitely return

I was pleasantly surprised by this harmony between the meal and the drink. Each dish is subtle and delicious. Great delicacy in each preparation. The alcohols are perfect and judiciously chosen to accompany these desserts. I came with my daughter. We were enthusiastic until the end. We are delighted, we will come back!

Great experience! Excellent food and good service, the only criticism is that everything is explained very quickly and by some employees a bit under their breath, the food was fantastic, great flavors and a good order of courses. Amazing!

If you love to experience food, this is your place. Every plate severed was explained in detail. Loved it there.

Came here for NYE dinner. The staff were polite, attentive and engaging. The food was phenomenal. I don’t have a single fault! Definitely recommend for a special occasion!

Exquisite food in a relaxed but semi-formal environment. A wide variety of outstandingly executed dishes. The menu seems simple at first but each course has something a little different to take the dish to a different dimension. Highlights of this term’s menu for me included the monkfish and the main dessert - a chocolate orange and caramel slice, which was absolutely out of this world. The only course I didn’t enjoy was the thyme palate cleanser which was a bit harsh. Overall I Highly recommend this restaurant to all foodies out there.

Just fab. High quality 13-course taster menu. Beautiful dishes, a real experience. They swap out certain meals when needed (we had a pescatarian and a lactose intolerant and both were catered for as standard). We've eaten in several Michelin star including Chapter 1 and Guilbaud's and this is a match for any of them. Service was quick, but not rushed. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was not as formal as Guilbaud's, Pearl Brasserie, or Chapter 1. Well worth a visit for a special occasion.
