D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin

Just fab. High quality 13-course taster menu. Beautiful dishes, a real experience. They swap out certain meals when needed (we had a pescatarian and a lactose intolerant and both were catered for as standard). We've eaten in several Michelin star including Chapter 1 and Guilbaud's and this is a match for any of them. Service was quick, but not rushed. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was not as formal as Guilbaud's, Pearl Brasserie, or Chapter 1. Well worth a visit for a special occasion.

Days later, I'm still thinking about this meal. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The service was warm & fun, and every bite of food was a "wow" moment. Highly recommend, would love to go back!

Absolutely wonderful meal. We had the 12 course tasting menu. Food was beautifully presented and flavours were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend restaurant, particularly tasting menu for a special occasion, such as a birthday celebration.

To me, in simple terms, Michelin starred restaurants need to be a cut above the rest. The other times I’ve eaten food at this level, my mind has always been boggled at the level of creativity, to the point it’s artistic, the explosion of flavours, textures, aromas which feel more of an education of just what is possible with food, than a simple meal at a restaurant. By a comfortable margin, D’Olier Street fully meets this definition. It might possibly be on many levels, the best evening of food I’ve ever eaten. A wonderful experience, that’s easy to recommend to anyone. Bravo to the head chef and his team.

Amazing meal, the courses were just the right size to appreciate the taste and favor. Service was excellent with a small restaurant feel.

This was dining performed at a very high level. Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the food and wine was performed impeccably. Each course was better than the next. Wine list was very well curated and the pairings complemented the dishes in a way that elevated both. 10/10 would be glad to visit and dine again. Well done 👏

My husband and I had a lovely experience. We sat at the chef's table, and it was so interesting to see the seamless effort the chefs put into each dish. Every dish had its own unique aspect, and every dish was excellent - fresh, well seasoned, and well thought out. Some of the dishes amazed me as I would have never thought of the combination of ingredients, just going to show that a lot of thought and expertise goes into this. I also want to raise the fact that the service was impeccable, paying attention to detail on every single aspect. Made us feel really special!
