D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin

One of the beat experience I’ve ever done. It says it all. Amazing food from start to finish. Perfectly crafted wine pairing. Every single course has depth of flavor and texture. Still cont process how good the bred course or the squid or beef course was. amazing. Menu change often. Service is nice and efficient. Two services means the pace is constant but was not an issue for us. It’s a must.

This was a fantastic experience, amazing food and staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We had good conversations with all our servers and shared both fun food and travel experiences. And the complimentary Irish coffee for me and my girlfriend was the icing on the cake 😁👍 5star all day long.

Service excellent; team knew the courses and happy to expand upon the composition of each dish. Great to have front of house and kitchen team serve at the table too. Hands down, one of Dublin's top restaurants, if not the absolute best! We lucked out with front-row seats by the kitchen, and it was an amazing experience. The food was out of this world – highlight was definitely the foie gras custard and English muffin. And let's talk about the service – impeccable! The restaurant's interior is stunning too, adding to the whole experience. Don't miss out on this gem – I wouldn't be surprised if they earned a star soon!

Top 3 tasting menus in a Dublin I used the term fresh loosely prior but this is farm to table epitome of fresh delicate flavours fine cooking. attention to detail is extraordinary and not missed for the guest. Dishes perfectly cooked ingredients are off the scale from lobster to caviar to pretzels best foie gras I have had in my life very very fine it’s a total rollercoaster and absolute culinary adventure. The portions are perfect & keep wanting u more. The finale is the desert that matches the glory of the preceding dishes. We would have went for the wine pairing for 68euro x5 wines but didn’t at end maybe we should have. Staff are super kind and friendly the presenting each dish was like listening to music. Thank you team D’Olier such an asset to have u in Dublin. Top contender tasting menu in our beloved city. Best of all celebrating local irish flavours and ingredients !
