I ordered food for collection today and was assisted by Erin, who provided an exceptional level of customer service from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and professional during the phone order, taking the time to ensure everything was correct and handled efficiently. On arrival, my order was ready right on time and Erin once again served me at the till. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a genuinely positive experience. Her friendly manner and clear commitment to customer care really stood out and reflected very positively on the business. The food itself was absolutely delicious and exceptionally fresh. This was my first time ordering here, but based on both the quality of the food and the outstanding service provided by Erin, it certainly will not be my last.
