Doolin Hostel in

It was AMAZING THE STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY NICE THE BEDS IN THE ROOMS WERE SO COMFORTABLE THE AREA WAS FANTASTIC 1000% RECOMMEND MY FAVOURITE HOTEL EVER I WISH I COULD GO BACK 🫶🫶💕💕this hotel made me find a love of battered fish 😁I asked for a mock tail and said they didn't do them but they made it for me anyway and it was delicious

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Doolin. Excellent warm welcome. All staff from reception to restaurant staff are very friendly, genuine and accommodating. The reception area, Fitz pub and restaurant are cosy with good craic. We especially loved Eoin Davies set. Amazing talent and made our night. The food is lovely, although as a vegetarian I would have loved to seen more dishes on the menu for vegans and veggies. We unfortunately didn't get to try the Stonewall pizza restaurant as only opened at the weekend. The breakfast was fab. Yummy pancakes and that wheaten bread is out of this world! The room was large and clean with a lovely welcome touch of a card and chocolate (unfortunately the chocolate was a few months out of date though). Some little updates needed, as carpet burnt from previous guests, maybe a rug could cover it? Bedside units need repainted or replaced, some towels raggedy and a stained sheet. Heat in room was also too hot and couldn't be turned down. We did mention this to staff at the time and they did their best to assist, even offering a fan. These are all very minor issues that could be fixed easily. We honestly loved our stay and again the staff were a joy.

We had a family wedding at doolin hotel at the end of February. The Doolin hotel was a perfect place to celebrate. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and showers great. The venue hall is a perfect place for a wedding. Lots of room for the band and dancing. We had steak and salmon on the wedding day venue. We stayed in house 8 and others in the other houses. Nobody had far to go home and all said that they were very impressed with the service food and would return to stay there. Put the doolin hotel on your list when your in the west of Ireland.

We were Here for a wedding and absolutely loved the area staff were kind and helpful but one staff member stood out the most she was so helpful and even remembered everyone's orders it gave a personal touch that you would only find in a home local bar I think maggie or meg was her name she had a green headband most days we were there but she deserves a raise or something for her customer care and service

Beautiful hotel for weddings especially! Highly recommended!

We didn't stay here, but toured for an upcoming event. Donal, Paul, and Kim are absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is so cozy and they are so accommodating!

The night porter needs to learn some manners !!

Quick service and good selection, but my group and other customers I spoke to were extremely disappointed about how on Friday the bar served drinks but then very quickly after, everyone was told to finish their drinks and leave for close.

Bar staff were just lovely and the food we got was excellent. What really disappointed me and is turning me off ever returning is the way we were treated after last call. The bouncer very aggressively told us to “drink up” the drinks we literally just bought then when I wanted to finish then leave he tried to pick up my full drink. Told us to drink it outside where it was raining and very windy. Slammed the door behind us. So rude and aggressive. Everyone standing outside in the cold was shocked by his behavior.

Just home after another fabulous stay in this beautiful place👍..Everything about this hotel is 💯 %..Staff so friendly food delicious 😋.Very Comfortable accommodation, great 🎶 ,and the lovely 🎁 🍞 on departure..See you again soon 🤞
