Doppio Zero in Dublin

Brilliant buzzy genuine Italian restaurant

A buschetta and a machiatto will set you back about €9.80 (to be honest nit expensive even thou was a small portion). But here i will add that the buschetta was really salty, but really salty. The place I will say is 100% italian as were lots of italians for lunch and i can hear italian spoken in the restaurant by customers and by some staff.

Fantastic little place hidden in plain sight. Only ordered an espresso but it was final fantasy Italian one The stuff is friendly and it looks like they have quite a variety on dishes suites uneven wine. I would definitely come here again.!

I am a regular for breakfast at Doppio Zero and always been tempted to go for lunch. Well, I did go with my wife and loved the pasta dishes. I’m Italian and the pasta is just the way it is intended to be so it’s a 5 stars from me. The “standard” dishes are well priced and the specials a bit more pricey. Then again, everything is fresh with great quality ingredients so it’s worth it. I agree the wines on the shelves are on the pricey side. It is possible to have a good quality lunch without breaking the bank. It’s great to have a place like Doppio Zero in the city centre!
