Excellent, calm atmosphere, we ate well (well-presented and delicious dishes)!

Outstanding food. So why are staff so disinterested? We were served by someone who gave us the menu and immediately disappeared without a welcome or an explanation of the dishes (the dishes had local names and we didn't know what they meant). I raised this and the person responded quite abruptly and we felt so rushed that we ordered starters to give us more time to decide on mains. We were told "I'll give you 2 minutes, but it can't be longer". Two minutes later they returned and when we still weren't ready they said "1 minute". At that point I asked if we were on a time limit, which in retrospect was probably a bit sarcastic but what do they expect? The waiting person was then replaced by other people. They were a bit nicer, but the personal touch (interest in customers) expected from this quality of restaurant is missing.

Delightful dining experience all around with great food, adult proportions, and charming wait staff. A refined take on traditional Irish meals that isn't mannered and pretentious. Bring some friends.

The food and services were outstanding. Standout was the Barnsley lamb chop which was sublime. Excellent and affordable wine list. Relaxed, authentic and outstanding .
If you are in Dublin, eat here!

We had dinner with the two of us. Before our bums touched the chairs, we were asked if we would like water. The menu came right after that and minutes after ordering the starter and the main course, food was on the table. It felt really rushed. Main course came also very quick after the starter. Americans love this, we dont. We were still drinking our wine when the waitres asked us if we wanted coffee. We slowed down the pase and had cheese , dessert and coffee. The food was very good. Original menu and very friendly staff.

One of the best meals of our trip. Comfortable elegance. Exquisite food, non intrusive yet attentive service. Located just off the main bustle of London but not a hike. Moderately loud noise level. Dress Code we were comfortable in a button down and sleeves as the common ware there were a few more casual but that was kind of the standard. Oh order the Mulligatawny Chicken pot pie but br forwarded it's a full size pie easily serving 3 or 4 with an appey

A very good restaurant. Much better than their sister restaurant, The Spitalfields. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The sheep didn't taste much of sheep, but that is to be expected of restaurant food, I suppose. The oyster + tartar steak was lovely, I would've eaten a dozen of them.

I absolutely adored the food here as the plating of the food was whimsical while the taste was magical. I had the Boxty Pancake for my starters and it was so light and fluffy. I also adored the hint of truffle in the dish which added a bit of flare. On the note of starters, my dad had the green eggs and smoke ham which was such a creative idea and a good homage to Dr Seuss.
For our mains, there was no shortage of deliciousness as the pork chop I had was flavourful and tender. The lamb chop my grandmother had was also tender and well seasoned.
Lastly with the desserts, I had βThe Pigβs Earβ Cheesecake and I kid you not that it was probably one of the most unique and delicious cheesecakes I have tasted. It was so creamy and its deconstructed style in a jar was such an adorable idea. I would like to come here again one day to try their ala carte menu as even a set menu with limited options proved that they had no shortage of delicious dishes :D
The place is small and intimate. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed.
The menu is original because of the twists they put on some dishes. The portions are generous (I ordered the Dublin Coddle and couldn't finish it) and flavorful, very well seasoned. The drinks selection is extensive (we even got Fernet, which isn't common here).

Service was impeccable, and the food is by far the best food Iβve eaten in Ireland. Prices are fair and definitely not surprising that is on the Michelin guide
