Doreen’s Bakery in Athboy

In a world of mediocre cakes it is such a relief to find a genuine home made bakery that’s huge on flavour & freshness and reasonably priced. Ordered a red velvet cake for my little boys birthday and it was proper, old school red velvet, soft and fluffy & moist and delicious cream cheese frosting. The girls behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful & a pleasure to deal with. Will absolutely be ordering again. Also bought brown bread & stuffed cookies when I was collecting the cake & they were devoured, such a beautiful bakery!
