15/12/2025: We had lunch in the Marina Club.
Love the ambiance.
I recently stayed in a family suite, and my experience was quite disappointing.
First, the in-room TV is extremely limited and outdated—it doesn't even support YouTube or Netflix, which is a basic expectation these days.
Secondly, the family suite didn’t even have a fridge, which was incredibly inconvenient.
On top of that, I returned to my room at 4 PM to find it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to call reception twice before housekeeping finally arrived—over 30 minutes later. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, the housekeeper simply said, "They forgot." That’s completely unacceptable.
09/12/2025: Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Location is great right in central. Rooms are quiet even when there is a function on in the hotel.
The only issue was that we had paid for guaranteed late checkout at 2pm, only to have our room door knocked on several times from 12pm onwards. This kept going, despite each time us informing the housekeeper that we had late checkout, until a fairly rude manager knocked on our door and asked why we hadn't left, unaware, to the point of denial, of our late checkout as it "wasn't on the system".
That said, when we checked out, the receptionist was really helpful and arranged for us a full refund for the late checkout fee, as we had gotten no real benefit from it.
