Great place to hang out with friends, the atmosphere is nice and is a good location.

The fish and chips and the cottage pie are excellent. Great location and friendly staff.

traditional pub, with menu options. the nitro red ale from o'hara's is gorgeous. we had a burger and a cottage pie, they were delicious

I love this bar, but last time I came, I almost wasn’t let in by the bouncer because I’m blind. I understand having to ask because blind people often get mistaken for drunk people on nights out, but after repeatedly having had to explain myself I felt very uncomfortable and almost a bit discriminated. I’m only writing this to try and raise awareness especially on nights out. These things really are starting to bother me and I’d love bouncers to get better training in these areas.

Had a milkshake, didnt disappoint

We went into this pub somewhat by process of elimination on a Friday afternoon. We wanted to eat something after a tiring day of walking around Dublin. A typical Dublin pub, but it seemed less touristy than the ones in Temple Bar. In fact, the vast majority of the clientele didn't appear to be tourists. It was dark, with low ceilings and full of small tables around a large bar. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. We ordered a pint of Guinness and another of a lager called Doyles (which I imagine is their own). For food, we had an Irish beef burger and fish and chips, and both were really good. A place away from the tourist crowds of Temple Bar, with a good atmosphere and good food.

Tried the lounge! A little gem ight in town. Great service amazing atmosphere and good Guinness.
