Met some lads I worked with (.all retired now ) plenty of room for our group, bar staff very efficient, no problem being served. Telly's were on showing sport and not blaring so we could talk to each other. Toilets spotless. Would visit again..

Matt The Thresher

16/12/2024: One of the best places in Dublin!
11/12/2024: Was an adhoc choice from google map while driving to our subsequent stay. Though restaurant was full and reservations looked filled from the com screen, the staff were so helpful and welcoming in getting a table for us within 5minute. Execellent services. I said, never had Mussels that tasted so fresh before. The size wasn’t big but was just right for me. Had 3 of their oysters too and were all fresh. Fish chowder was full tasty flavour and first time too that the quantity of fishes within the chowder was really generous. Fish n Chips was very freah as well. We had a fully satisfies dinner.

Step Inn

16/12/2024: Lovely pub, great spot to catch up with friends. Really nice facilities. Food really good, staff friendly and attentive. Large sports projector in a side room off the bar for sports fans.
08/12/2024: 3.5 / 5 Popped in for a coffee, they serve Bewley's (it was grand): €3.20 for a double espresso. Service is quick and kind. However, seats are too high -- not sure why they think it's comfortable. Also, music is a wee bit too loud to my liking. The food menu seems promising although on the expensive side: €20 for a Sunday roast?? It's a price that is more suitable for a city centre venue, not here. Having that said, I'll need to come again and try some of the dishes.
