AMAZING. True Texas BBQ on the weekend. The brisket, turkey, and ribs were just like being in Texas USA. Brisket was so tender no knife was needed. The turkey was tender and full of flavor without being dry. And the ribs…. Ribs- no words describe the wonderfulness of these. Comes with Mac-n-cheese, house pickles, onions, and a tortilla.
I will definitely be back for more the next trip.
For those of you that love authentic Texas BBQ this is unreal. Tony even gave us a wee tour (the only proper #TexasBBQ smoker on the island) and some free Turkey which was unlike any turkey I’ve ever experienced. Yum. 5 stars.
