14/10/2024: I have been eating at the Point for 28 years and can say they are consistently excellent . Over the years i traveled to over 25 countries and none could compare to O'Neills when it comes to seafood . The staff are always friendly and helpful . They serve a Hot and Cold seafood plate that is unbeatable . Great wine selection to start your evening out while you wait for your cooked to order meal . This restaurant /bar is a two generation business and has developed a huge international following. Get there early as there are no reservations .

Dromoland Castle

31/10/2024: Nice place to visit, lovely peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery around
31/10/2024: Our initial schedule was sleep overnight and leave 8am next morning after breakfast. After seeing the place, our group of 30 requested that we leave later 11:30am instead of 8am, so we can enjoy the place. And truly that was a good decision. This place is wonderful and people are friendly, kind and hospitable. I was able to borrow bike and go around to enjoy the beautiful scenery of this place. I would like to comeback to this place in the future if opportunity permits.
