5 stars - Babou, a pint artist!
It's not just a Guinness: it's Babou's work of art. The pint he served me was impeccable, with a silky smooth head and even a shamrock drawn on it – a detail that shows how much Babou cares about doing his job well. Every sip was a little trip to Ireland. In addition to the quality of the beer, Babou conquers with his kindness, his smile and the passion he puts behind the bar. A true master of the craft. I'll be back just to have another treat served up by him!

The best place to get a Guinness in the Dublin airport.
If you’re on the way home to the US, you can stop and get one more real Guinness from the tap!

I was hanging out at the Dublin airport, en route to Denver to reunite with Dr. Ray and Miss Akira, pondering what to do before the dreaded boarding line. Obviously—Guinness time! I mean, why not? I’d just breezed through U.S. immigration with no issues and felt like celebrating that minor miracle.
The main restaurant was packed, but not DUBH. Then I spotted the Guinness logo—boom, decision made. “This is my spot,” I thought.
Enter BaBou, whose vibe and energy were so top-notch that here I am, writing this like a proper travel blogger with too much free time. Highly recommend this place—and if the stars align, BaBou might just whip up something special in your pint. A shamrock in the foam? You bet. Latte art is out—Guinness art is the real MVP.
Thanks BaBou, lovely Nadiya, and Jordan for making my layover feel more like a layover party.
