We had the fillet steak and the ribeye steak. We haven't had steaks cooked this perfectly in a long time. When I order a medium steak, I expect it to be medium, and this is exactly the place where you get what you order. The quality of the food is outstanding. The staff are professional and treat you with genuine care and respect. It was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommended!

Cullen's at the Cottage

13/07/2026: We had a wonderful celebratory luncheon at Cullen's at the Cottage to mark my son's engagement during our Ireland trip, complete with a lovely bottle of champagne, which was thoroughly enjoyed. The food was fantastic, and the service was swift and calculated, the kind of perfected service that's subtle, never distracting, yet very noticeable. If you can not stay at Ashford, I highly recommend a dining experience at Ashford Castle. We followed up our lunch with a Hawk Walk at the School of Falconry on site, which was magical! Great memories made!
28/06/2026: We loved our dinner here! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was quiet. I especially loved the butter with the bread!
