Dublin supper club in Wicklow

Staff was really friendly and the venue has lots of potential but cocktails were very watered down with lots of ice so wouldn’t recommend the cocktails. The rooftop terrace is nice but it’s cold even with the heaters so keep that in mind if you’re booking with terrace.

I booked the cocktail making class with set dinner menu for a group of 14 people and from the very start of the process to the last drink, Hyde could not have been more helpful and friendly. Zarina in Reservations was a joy to deal with, Ella who welcomed us in on the night was lovely and our cocktail instructor Rita was fantastic! We all thoroughly enjoyed the night! The cocktails were delicious and the 3 course menu had something for everyone. I would recommend Hyde and its staff to anyone planning a hen night, birthday party or group gathering!

The rooftop is a real gem in every season.
