Dublin supper club in Wicklow

We had the pleasure of dining at Hyde Restaurant in Dublin, located at 9 Lemon Street, Dublin 2, nestled between Grafton and Dawson Streets. This contemporary European venue spans three floors, offering a vibrant ambiance across its Lobby Bar, Cocktail Bar, Rooftop Garden, Rooftop Terrace, and SEEK lounge.   The menu showcases modern Irish cuisine with seasonal produce and precise techniques. Standout dishes include the bone marrow with peanut chilli crunch and the kombu-cured salmon with radish and soy gel.   Hyde’s stylish setting, combined with its eclectic music and rooftop views, creates an all-encompassing experience perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re seeking a romantic dinner or a lively night out, Hyde delivers on all fronts.

We couldn’t resist ordering nearly everything on the sharing menu, and what a triumph it was! Each dish arrived bursting with creativity and precision. Some of the stars were mushroom arancini, crab hash brown and BBQ cabbage. The meal was a true delight and we will be back soon!

Had my birthday at Hyde and loved it! We stayed on the rooftop, which was spacious and private — perfect for celebrating with friends. The place is beautiful, drinks were great, and our waitress (Taisa) was super friendly and attentive. The 2 cocktails for €18 deal is also amazing. Would definitely go back!

A really poor impersonal venue. Rushed exit after a gig.

I couldn't be more grateful with the reservations team for answering all my emails and questions. The waitstaff and bar team (Kathleen, Daniel Rodríguez, and Daniel Flores) on the event day were so attentive and made my birthday a very special moment, taking care of every detail, they were attentive to my guests, and the cocktails were beautiful and delicious.
