Dungeons And Donuts in Galway

I had very high expectations when coming here! Fresh delicious doughnuts and nerdy magic the gathering space. I finally got here on vacation and I was disappointed. The doughnuts were not good and tasted days old. Selection was also slim as doughnut shelf was almost empty. Coffee was okay. We had to pay for a gaming table which was small and cramped. No one was playing magic , which is not the venues fault though. There were a few tables with warhammer and one with a board game. I’m used to much bigger shops in Seattle. Perhaps this is the norm for Galway or Ireland. The place does sell games and seems to have a decent selection. I wouldn’t recommend for playing magic though.

the staff was so friendly, above and beyond , the woman behind the till let us leave our purchase behind the till while we continued shopping , was just a really nice gesture. will be back !!

Nice store for All kinds of interests into boardgame ~greetings from Germany

What a fun little slice of nerd heaven! Stopped in with my family and had to grab some of their custom dice and take a look around. The owner (?) was incredibly nice and even gave my four year old a Pokémon card just for being such a trooper while we were there. We will definitely be back whenever we are in Galway

Nice experience overall. Great shop they have a wide variety of figs, boardgames and everything you'd need for your hobby experience. I didn't stay to have a good look at some of their gaming table as I was just stopping by. I will definetely stay a bit longer next time. The doughnut i've tried was lovely. Finally, Cathy was great we had a lovely chat while I was there.

Oh how I love the bin display! The big boss man won’t make me pay— My fifteen cents, he lets me keep, So in his bins, my cans I heap. One for rubbish, neat and wide: Donut boxes tossed with pride. Booster wraps go in there too— He’s thought it out, it’s all brand new! A second bin, all sleek and clean, Just for bottles from the scheme. He saves the funds, or so they say, To feed his kids each lovely day. The donuts? Sweet beyond compare— A little treat, with thoughtful care!

Very cozy place! We loved playing Stardew Valley here and enjoying the tasty donuts. Price is very good! It did get a bit noisy later on, but we still had a great time!
