A hidden gem. We were looking for an authentic Italian restaurant in Dublin. Little did we know we would find one with such an incredible atmosphere and food. The Assistant Manager understood we were bringing a friend on a walker. He accommodated us nicely. Staff knowledgeable about menu. We were not rushed, drank plenty of wine, ordered three courses and stayed 2 hours.

Whilst visiting Dublin from Australia , this restaurant was recommended to us . It didn’t disappoint ! It was hard to get a booking as it is very popular , but we did get one . The food was superb and the portion sizes perfect . A great atmosphere to enjoy a family meal and in a lovely part of the city .

Good service, good coffee, good value, great location

Upon arrival I had a very off putting experience, we showed up 15 minutes early for our booking and we understandably were told that our table was not ready, we were not given the option to sit outside in one of the empty seats and have a drink while we waited like many other of the customers seemed to have been offered. After 15 minutes we returned and were seated. I have no complaints about the food as it was very nice. However the service put a massive dampener on our evening. Many customers around us were treated well. However, us and a few other tables seemed to be ignored. It was a bizarre experience that seemed like the staff were very selective over who they were willing to serve. It took almost half a hour to pay the bill despite asking multiple times. The food was great but the service would put me off ever coming back.

We decided on our pre show reservation for this fantastic restaurant. Booking is essential. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is excellent.

Get yourself a reservation because this place is busy. We were staying right next door at the Trinity Townhouse Hotel and had a wonderful dinner here one evening, the restaurant was packed. We started with the buffalo cheese, eggplant and pesto and pear, goat cheese, walnut salad, both delicious. The beef ragu tagliatelle was probably our least favorite but the beef, mushroom ravioli and citrus sea bass were excellent. We ended the night splitting a tiramisu. Since it's so busy, it's not a place for a quiet meal, but we had a very nice meal with good wine selection.
