East Room at Plassey House in Limerick

Just had a wonderful dining experience at the East Room. We were celebrating a graduation and decided to splurge on a fine meal. No better place to spoil a smart graduate. Picky GF diner was most happy with her options.

Staff working 19/02 were outstanding. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was exquisite and the attention to detail was very impressive. My partner and I were delighted with the cosy atmosphere, with elegant surroundings and relaxing music. We also had a wander around the gallery upstairs, worthy of a browse of you've got the time. We will be returning for sure. Also, vegetarian diet was accommodated for. Bravo :)

Easily the best restaurant in Limerick.

From the moment you enter into the building, you know you're in for a very special time. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. The real star of the evening was the food. From the presentation to the quality and standard, it is definitely deserving of a Michelin Star.

Beautiful room, beautifully set tables. Wine was really lovely. Springfield Estate Life from Stone, cab sauv. Red Rioja substitute for Tempranillo option was full bodied and very flavoursome. Window tables are round and fabulous.....
