Favourite place to go, love the food

I had an excellent experience at Eddie Rocket's Carlow! The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious—classic American diner-style, with generous portions and great flavor. I highly recommend the burgers and milkshakes! The restaurant is always clean, and they make sure you feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. I'll definitely be back soon!
