Eddie's Hot Pot in Portarlington

One of the best restaurants I have been! The people were nice and helped us choosing the plates! I certainly will be back!

Slightly misunderstood, I was expecting Hotpot to feature on the menu so was a bit disappointed when there was none. . The sandwiches and salad are pretty good though and the chips are tasty. Also, importantly, the chips were hot. The soup was tasty but slightly over seasoned to my taste. Normally I don’t use salt, so even a little bit makes a strong hit for me. There were a couple of families eating at nearby tables and the kids were well catered for and the servers were very good with the young ones. Service was good, efficient & friendly. Price wise it was pretty reasonable too.

Eddie’s Hot Pot is an amazing family run business. The food is delicious, service is excellent and staff are so friendly. From super tasty breakfast, wholesome dinners & epic dessert - I would highly recommend.

I love this place, I have never had a bad meal there.

You won’t get a nicer breakfast in town. The full Irish is a proper feed. The club sandwich is also lovely. And massive. You’ll need a lie down after it. At Christmas they do a festive club which is unreal. I’ve only recently deviated from my usual orders or either a breakfast or a club sandwich. Tried the loaded fries (pictured above). Sweet Jesus. What a feed. Big credit to the staff also. You get service you only would from a family run business. A big welcome, bitta chat and craic, and efficient quick service. Port is lucky to have Eddie’s in town

The best food I've had in years! Visit Eddie's hotpot twice once gammon steak and steak sandwich the second time both amazing! Little lad got popcorn chicken really nice

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with fantastic food.staff very friendly always check to see if everything is ok definitely recommend this place to anyone.

First time to dine at Eddie's was last Monday 3rd February. It was so enjoyable and good value that we were there also on the following Wednesday. Next time we are up from Galway we will drop in again to Eddie's. Fantastic Roast Beef. Staff very friendly.
