Service and food quality is always brilliant here. Everything on the menu is always cooked to perfection. Better quality than some local restaurants offering "fine dining". 10 out of 10 on every visit

The Elphin Pub is a happening place. It's always full, always busy, lots of conversation, people laughing, families with children, young couples on dates, lads' night out, everyone. It's not haute cuisine, but it's very good, and not (not yet) overpriced. We've been there three nights in a row; the best dish was the pan-fried hake. You have to get there before 8 pm, because they stop serving then, though of course if you've been served already you can sit there and finish your meal. Most of the guests seem to be locals; very few outsiders like us. We'll probably go there again, and when we're back home, we'll think happily of our dinners at The Elphin Pub.
