Fabio's Icecream @quayside in Sligo

14/06/2025: Blend Cafe is a lovely, relaxed spot perfect for a casual catch-up or some solo downtime. I spent around €12 on a cappuccino and a slice of their homemade cake both were spot on, tasty and fresh. The vibe is bright and airy with a simple, modern feel that makes you want to stay a little longer. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a nice place to unwind with good coffee and treats.
