Great coffee, friendly service, and cozy upstairs.

Their food is okay but it tastes healthy. And not like healthy in a good way, their cookies barely taste like cookies. They have a good selection of coffees and it tastes alright. Personally I wouldn’t really recommend their cookies but their drinks are fine.

Really nice iced coffee and super friendly service. Really cool design inside and plenty of seating inside and out.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere and a beautifully designed space that makes you want to stay awhile. The coffee is exceptional—expertly crafted, full of flavor, and clearly made by people who are passionate about their craft. Every cup is prepared with attention to detail, and the quality really stands out. The pastries and food are just as impressive, fresh and delicious. What truly sets Fairhill apart is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing a great experience. Their hospitality made us feel like regulars, even on our first visit. If you’re in Galway and appreciate outstanding coffee, exceptional service, and a café with real character, Fairhill Coffee Design Studio is a must-visit. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself coming back to again and again. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite places to have coffee!! The first thing on my list when I get a day off is a reliably good coffee with some of Galway’s friendliest baristas. Can’t recommend enough !!

Coffee is great but the guy working the morning we were there was a tool and a spoof of himself- the classic arrogant, unfriendly barista. I’d go to coffee werks instead- friendly and coffee is just as good without the sass and unnecessary attitude.

Chai tea latte was goergeous. Deserts are different tasty but not sure all will like it. Workers are friendly and hepfull.
