Popped in for breakfast. Mini breakfast was grand although a euro or two more expensive then other places. Staff are nice.

I have to say this was my favorite little spot I spent 2 days in Waterford and this little gem was right across the way from me I'm coliac and get left out from their amazing menu I can't tell you how rare it is for me to enter an establishment and dine like everyone else in the place thank you so much the food was amazing the atmosphere was class and the staff were too notch helpful not only accommodating to 2 moody pre teens but 3 tired adults even helped us with bus time tables I highly and whole heartedly recommend this place and can not wait to make a return for some delisous food.

Good Breakfast Good price Good Staff Good Parking Good Menu Served Prompt I would recommend the Fairview, if you are Waterford City early in the morning for Breakfeast.

24/09/2025: Food and service is always amazing- the staff are so lovely and the pancakes are some of the best that I’ve had. I always have a good experience with the waitresses and they seem to have great relationships with the locals/ regulars. I have to say though, for the second time now, I’ve noticed the man who I assume is the manager/ head chef talking down to the staff and being rude to them. Could be just that he’s busy or I’m catching him at a bad moment but it definitely sets a bad tone for customers to overhear and get the impression that staff aren’t being treated right- especially given the great job they’re doing!
